Home JUST SOLD in Parker CO 80134

This beautiful Parker home was on the market in Clarke Farms for 10 days when my buyers fell in love with the layout and the abundance of square footage. This was a fix and flip home, which required a bit more patience on the lending side.

This Parker home featured almost 2,000 finished square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the husband is very excited about the 3 car garage!

The home is located within the Douglas County School District, within a short distance to local shopping, grocery and not far from the Lincoln Station for light rail.

Currently there are three active listings in Parker with similar criteria within $10K of what this home sold for, and all are distressed properties - one bank owned and two short sales. These buyers got quite a deal!
