My Favorite Hawaii Kai Marina Front Townhome Communities: Marina Palms
Marina Palms is located across from the Colony Marina and consists of 54 units built in 1966. There are 28 3-bedroom/2-bath and 26 2-bedroom/1-bath townhomes, ranging in size from 890 to 1,005 square feet. The marina is about fifty feet across in most areas, easy enough to turn in and many of the townhomes do have docks in front of their units.
Views are not the best here, but this is an affordable, basic marina front lifestye. This complex is a bit of a secret, as many in Hawaii Kai have never heard of it. Units are rarely for sale here, however when they are, prices start around $500k.
Amenities include a community swimming pool, a whirlpool hot tub and a resident manager. If you are looking for a basic marina front condo, affordably priced, this would be a good choice.
