metropolisThe Metropolis is the first high rise building in Las Vegas to offer lofts and flats. It was developed by Texas developer Randall Davis and is located just off of the Las Vegas strip on Desert Inn. The project was finished last year and residents were moved in before the holidays. The exterior was done in an art deco finish with lots of blue tinted glass popular in that design period.

Residents of the Metropolis enjoy a wide range of building amenities that you would expect in a high end property, like lobby concierge, a state of the art fitness center, pool and private wine cellar. Security in the building is pretty tight as is the parking facillity. The building has 18 different floor plans of lofts and flats at the time of construction.

The Metropolis was built during the high rise boom and was sold out fairly quickly. At the time of this writing, a few select resale units are available for sale.
