Closing door

I was recently at a home for sale in Wenatchee and noticed the front door did not close properly.  With a little adjustment, the fit could be much tighter and the cool air I could feel rushing in would stop.  That ill-fitting door is ill-fitting 24 hours a day.  Add up the energy used to compensate for the cool air and it sums up to a lot of money in heating bills.
