In comparison to last month, the sale of listings has increased 18 units, from 10 to 28, and the median and average sales prices shot upwards $26,250 and $29,150, respectively, during March.  This is opposite of the prior month numbers and I expect to see an uptick in the March trends to pervade during the first quarter of 2012 and seep into the second quarter.  There is evidence that the market continues to adjust, even during this time of apparent stability.
