Hey Mark,

Thanks for stopping by.  The news just went out at %pm yesterday, so not a lot of buyer response yet.  I typically do three to four deals per year through Georgia Dream.  The down payment loan is the big draw.  And I blog about it because I want more deals from Georgia Dream buyers.

Great rates!  If buyers move by this coming week on FHA, they can get a two-fer and lock in the lower costs before the new ones go into effect.

the only way I can see anyone not wanting to take advantage of this is if there is a tight limit on income levels. Other than that why would anyone not jump on this???
