I heard the other day--"Condemnation without investigation, typically leads to failure."

I thought about this as it applies to our business (or anything really) and when you think about it, how true.  When we hear something someone said, maybe read a blog, go to a seminar, read a book, or article, if we condemn it without really understanding it, even if we don't change another thing about our business or life, we have moved toward failure.

Why?  Because our condemnation of what we do not know or fear is really a false validation of what we think we know or are comfortable with.  And while comfort is well, comforting, it rarely leads to greater achievments.
