What happened to customer service
Its hard enough to work with buyers in this market with low inventory, but some Realtors are making it much more difficult!!
You call, you email, you text them and they never respond!!! Why list a property for your clients when you have no time to service the property properly. It does not take much to send a quick response. I know from experience Realtors who have no customer service or professionalism get a bad reputation in this industry quick.
I do not know what to tell my buyers anymore, there is no excuse for their lack of respect for all others involved in the transaction.
I have just gotten to the point of just not showing there properties anymore. Not worth any ones time.
Sad I do not see this issue getting better any time soon
