I have just been informed by our local Financial Brokers, effective tomorrow December 20th, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., Lender's rates will be increasing in the area of .20 to .25 percent.
If you are planning on putting an offer on a home this week or are seriously thinking of buying a home within the next 3 months, call your Financial Broker today, and learn how they may be able to help you.

thansk for the heads up, but a .25 increase in the rate won't make much of a difference in the monthly payment unless it is a high dollar jumbo loan. It is more of a phychological impact on a client.
