New listings were down 53% for the same period last year with 33 homes listed as compared to 76 listed this month last year. For the year 2012, overall home listings were down 34% with 96 homes listed as compared to 76 homes listed last year. Listings under contract were down 21% with 41 homes contracted compared to 36 homes contracted this month last year. Listings under contract for all 2012 were down 10% with 77 homes contracted as compared to 36 contracted for all last year.

The average sales price of homes was up -13% to $152,683, as compared to $127,411 for this month last year. The overall year of 2012 average sales prices were up 15% to $168,449, as compared to $127,411 last year. Sellers received 92% of their asking price this month as compared to 91% this month last year. For the overall year of 2012 sellers received 93% of their asking as compared to 91% last year a 1% change from last year. The average days on the market until sold in was 154 days compared to 130 days for this month last year down 77%. For the overall year of 2012 the average days on the market was 133 days compared to 130 days last year a 18% change.

The current supply of homes on the market was 199 homes down 39% as compared to 324 homes from the same period last year. This is 5.3 month supply of homes on the market down 31% as compared to 9.1 month supply from this month last year.
