Another happy new Tim Francis Realty Atlanta home buyer is now moved into their new home in Reunion Country Club in the Atlanta Suburbs.  Tim Francis Realty enjoys working with all clients.  It’s always a thrill to help them meet their needs and find the special home that matches what they are looking for.  We frequently see a number of homes along the way.   After they’ve decided on a home, we love negotiating on their behalf, as well as completing the home tasks to get to closing.

Friday, we had another closing for 2012.  It’s a whole new Atlanta Real Estate Market in 2012.  The number of homes to choose from as a buyer is down dramatically.  Atlanta Real Estate Inventories are the lowest they have been in 10 years for single family homes.  Interestingly enough, prices are as well at their lowest point in almost 10 years.   What we are seeing is that Atlanta is starting to transition into a pretty even buyer/sellers’ market.  

Folks that are just considering buying a home now, need to realize there is less to choose from, many homes are getting MULTIPLE offers and it’s as challenging as ever to make it to and through the closing in Atlanta, GA.   It’s doable, but you will need to take a deep breath a number of times through the process.
