If you had a million dollars you could be living on Easy Street on Maui.

I'm not kidding.  On March 30th 2012 some lucky person closed on the sale of 241 Easy Street in Ulupalakua Maui, for the sum of $1,000,000.  It's about 5 acres of vacant land, so technically they might not quite be living on Easy St. yet, unless they have a yurt.

Of course there are plenty of nice homes on Maui priced under $1M. if you just want the Easy Street lifestyle.

Life is all about Easy Street ... or at least with the Mega Lottery.  In any event....love the music.  What's a Yurt?

Yes i agree, just being on Maui is half way to Easy St.

Larry - a yurt is a mongolian round tent, or on Maui that would be a temporary living structure.  Google luxury yurts and you will be surprised at what you find!  I think I'd better do a post about yurts... I just thought everyone knew what they were.

Thanks for visiting!

The first thing I think of with 5 acres is subdividing to build more houses.  Not sure that approach works on Maui but it does here.  Either way, $1M for that much land there seems like a good deal.
