That is a spectacular photo! There is nothing like the ocean - calm or stormy - it just draws you to it. I lived in Norfolk, VA for a couple of years before that Key West, FL - Navy wife in my younger years. Exploring America is such an adventure; keep on sharing your beautiful photos, Joni.

Joni, when I first saw this I said to myself, "North Carolina!" Then I wondered about you being in Texas and all that maybe it was the Gulf. Guess my first hunch was right! And it is certainly stunning! Ah, nature!

Simply stunning, Joni! I have been considering a trip to the Carolinas this year, for a couple of reasons. (1) I have never been there. (2) I want to experience some really good Carolina Low Country Cooking (3) I want to see that coastline, Cypress Gardens, and other great places in those two states.
