Tom~ most areas in the OC are all pretty good areas....... Especially, the airport area... Most of the OC is not far from people, traffic, and the ocean. Makes it a great place to do business.
Gabe, One commercial deal a year makes my numbers for the year! Steven, usually takes care of that department, but I don't turn them down and I show and he writes up the contracts and answers the questions and takes the listings after I get the appointments. We make a great team like that.
