SOLD! ♥ 59 Carolina Way in Carolina Cove

This 2 story log cabin overlooking Lake Livingston in beautiful Carolina Cove is now CLOSED!

Carolina Way! SOLD! This was one of those deals where the buyers started out with their own lender. It was off to shaky ground when they lied to them right off the bat. He was told they could close in 2 weeks. I put a 3 week closing date and the lender immediately asked for an extension. THEN... A week before closing they told them that they needed some new things and it would be another two weeks before it could even go back to underwriting for approval.

Meanwhile, I had been bragging about how wonderful Susan and Courtney are at THE MORTGAGE CORNER. So... they decided to give them a call.

To make a long story short... THE MORTGAGE CORNER didn’t let us down. In record time, they brought them to the closing table!

I’ve bragged about THE MORTGAGE CORNER before and I am doing it again.
