Las Vegas Real Estate Reality

"I'm working with several Las Vegas real estate agents sending me over properties to consider... and whoever sends me over the best property is going to get our business".

Not even sure how I want to respond to this particular Las Vegas real estate buyer considering the Las Vegas real estate buyers are only qualified up to $100,000.

Don't even get me started on the gazillion requests I've received in the past week from out of state buyers... All of which seem to have "We know the real estate market conditions in Las Vegas" which always gives me a good chuckle for the day.

Any suggestions on how to respond?

All help appreciated...

Good morning Paul,

As I only work with "clients" and not "customers", I explain why they want/need representation...and they have the opportunity to choose their professional realtor. Of course, I ask them to google me vs. the other agents they may have spoken with - that typically has them sign with me (if they are truly buyers).

''whoever would be first''....- sad reality of an investor script. i have a few calls a week with this script , said in a very trained voice~ i'm not represented by a realtor, i'd like you to represent me......bluh bluh.......i'll rub your back, you'll rub mine''..........ha? if I do need rubbing, i'd rather pay for a massage!
