Our makret is starting to pick up again here in Palm Beach County Florida. FINALLY. Let me know how your markets are in florida. I heard that by the summer of 2007 the market will be much better again.

We picked up in Lee County, Florida too.  We actually had a few good articles in the paper.  We still get the occasional smack-down, but it looks like the tide is changing.
