I know of some guys that will bring you a nice white jacket for you to try on. So let us get on with the meaning of (kwid’ nunjk’) is an inquisitive, gossipy person; busybody. So do you know one or more? What say you?
I've known a few quidnunc in my day!! Hmmm. Don't you just love busybodies!! They have such a dreary life that they have to make up stuff about others! Would have never guessed this as the definition. Thanks for the word. :)

James, I have known several quidnuncs in my time. I make it a habit to stay away from them so none in my life now. That fact alone makes this a great day!
Now that you know the word next time you see one and can't get away use it to compliment them and they will think you are calling them something important. When they look it up you will not be bothered by them again so it works out well.. ;~)

Where do people come up with these words? It's like they take things that have no root in language, put them together, and now it's a new word!
