New homes are selling and if anyone is in need of business, the blog posts should focus on new home inventory. Visit subdivisions in your area and familiarize yourself with the products that are under construction.
Introduce yourself to the on-site marketing team or the builder, if he’s selling his own product. The new construction market has come alive again. There are many new starts; small builders are buying individual lots; and banks are finally experiencing a reduction in their new construction inventory.
This market may change again, but I have a feeling we’re good through the end of the year. Capture as much of it as you can in anticipation of a changed market next year. We don’t know what’s ahead after the election!!
In my area of the country, new homes are the top seller right now and fortunately that’s our niche. We’re going full force. It’s difficult to keep up with it, but it’s not forever. I hope you can get your share of it, too!!
