The Wind Dance
Today in Oregon it is rainy and very gray, Spring is here and flowers are working their way up through the soil to become the beautiful miracles they are.
It is a peaceful day for me even though I have a full day ahead, I have peace. I just finished reading a post written by Richie Naggar and it brought many Truths up for me and reminders of many things.
One of these things was a poem I wrote in 2002 for a business I had in another life time called WindDance Women's Retreats, so I thought I would share it today and perhaps it will also fit with some of you. It is a poem of growth within.
The Wind Dance
Breezes whisper in my ear
Messages of wisdom, I hold so dear
Trees gently bend and sway to the song
Violins play ~ It makes me long
To Dance In The Wind
As the music begins, it's melody so sweet
Freedom to move, I will not retreat
From being loved, it's what I deserve
Moving forward and believing, without reserve
And I Begin To Dance In The Wind
So let me embark on the rest of my years
I love myself ~ There are no tears
Of despair or longing, but discovery within
The freedom to move and
Breezes whisper in my ear
