Special offer

Yes Virginia, homes ARE selling in Chesterfield Township

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty - Lakeside Market Center

What a cheesy title, but I simply had to do it because of the holiday season AND the good news!

There is a real estate market in Macomb County, and once again home owners in Chesterfield
Township
are seeing their homes sold and new home owners are moving in to our area.

In just the first 15 days of the month several homes and condos have sold, and many more have
offers on them and are in the processing stage of the transactions.

If you would like specific information regarding the homes that have sold in your neighborhood
please don't hesitate to contact me.  I would be happy to tell you about the good news in
Chesterfield Township and Macomb County.

Kris, This is Wonderful news!  In spite of what I've been reading, some areas are doing VERY well right now and I'm thrilled to hear yours is one of them.  It definitely is a great time to buy.

We have sales increases here, too.  November '07 doubled November '06 sales, but you won't read about that in the paper, now, will ya?     ha

Carole:   Like you I've also been reading about other areas of the country that are doing well and picking up steam.  It's a nice change isn't it to read the good news?  Thanks Carole.

Chris:   Doubled?  That's outstanding!   I think YOU should write a press release and fax it to your local newspapers.  Perhaps that will wake up some editors a bit.

That's not so cheezy.  The news is good.  A little Velveeta never hurt anyone. =)

Elizabeth:  I agree, 2008 is going to be great!  (That even rhymes :-)  What a slogan!

Gary:   Picking up is picking up - it doesn't matter if they're bank owned or not!  Less inventory means things will pick up price wise for sellers.   That's a good start to recovery don't you think?
