Brookfield’s Residential listing data reflects an increase in new market inventory by 300% when compared to last year’s 1st quarter stats.  There are currently nineteen residential homes available for purchase in Brookfield, two of the nineteen listings offer water frontage and/or water access, no condominiums or commercial use properties available.  1st quarter sales volume reports a zero activity vs. last year’s count of three.  Pending sales are up by one unit for a total count of two.

Brookfield’s Vacant Land listing data reflects a decrease in market inventory by two units or 40% when compared to last year’s 1st quarter stats.  There are six vacant land parcels available for purchase in Brookfield.  1st quarter sales volume reports only one parcel resulted in a successful sale, equal with last year’s 1st quarter.  Pending sales are also up by one unit or 100%.
