Is Valley Ranch in Irving Texas a buyers or Sellers Market. This is a very interesting real estate market we are in. With the national media still telling us the market is falling and all the sellers are upside down, Valley Ranch (and most of North Texas) keeps plugging along. A recent article by Steve Brown in the Dallas Morning News tells us that Valley ranch Homes for SaleNorth Texas is seeing the least amount of active homes on the market in ten years. Anything less than a six month supply makes a sellers market. There are several areas of DFW that have less than a 3 month supply. Currently there are 25 Valley Ranch Homes for Sale in Irving Tx. These Valley Ranch Homes For Sale range from $162,500 for a 2 bedroom 2.1 bath home to $442,000 for a 4 bedroom 3.1 bath home with over 4100 square feet.

45 Valley Ranch homes sold in the last 6 months. At an average of 7.5 homes sold a month, this is less than a 6 month supply. If you are a seller it is a great time to list your home. If you are a buyer, then this is the time to buy. This is the lowest you will pay. The market is on the way up, the longer you wait the more it will cost you. If you are a Valley Ranch Homebuyer sitting on the fence, now is the time to make your move while the Valley Ranch Homes For Sale are still priced low. The less inventory will cause home prices to go up. The bottom was hit months ago. Call me today to go over your best options!!

I have heard from many that Texas has suffered the least in this downturn. May your luck continue onto the forseeable future! Enjoy your day!

Thanks for the comments. It is true that Texas has not had the downturn some areas experienced. More people are moving here. I guess it's the 110 degree summers we have!!But it is a dry heat....
