Everyday Counts...

In real estate, but short sales in particular, every day counts. Actually, every second counts. So ask yourself, should this be done today instead of tomorrow? I am not suggesting that you try to do everything today, but I am suggesting that you be very intentional about not PROCRASTINATING and waiting...just to wait! 

Let's take a look at a couple of scenarios that can happen when you wait simple wait until TOMORROW...

• Tomorrow the bank decided to sell the loan to another bank - New Negotiator, New Loan Number, New Review
• Tomorrow the buyer/seller/Realtor decides to take a 3 day car vacation (you had no clue) - They're not stopping to a Staples & No digital signatures remember???
• Tomorrow your file was assigned a new negotiator - The new negotiator was a day away from providing an approval! 
• Tomorrow the bank decides to winterize the house - Creates a delay for the appraisal and inspection
• Tomorrow someone gets sick and is admitted to the hospital
• Tomorrow someone has death in their family 

Why keep waiting for tomorrow................................................when you can get it done

TODAY???

Obviously, this doesn't only apply to short sales and real estate.
