Oh how fun!  We usually go ice skating at least once per year.  It's a great time to get out and have a good laugh.

That sounds like a great idea for the kids.  Instead of dragging them around with you for Christmas shopping they could enjoy an afteroon of skating.

Hi Julie,
No ice skating here...it's roller skating.  Not an ice rink with over 200 miles as far as I know.  No matter, it's a fun day for the kids out of school.

Right Barbara,
That's the idea, I am pretty sure.  I'm not sure who will appreciate this more the kids or Mom.  :0)   Thanks.

Hi Linda,
It should be a great day for the kids and better for Moms!  Thank you.

Hello Keith & Robin,
Sure does and you know kids, they need something to do so they don't get bored.

Ha ha ha ha! I'm sorry.  My head is apparently in the snow and became frozen by the ice.  When I was reading the word skating, I took it for ice skating.  Hmmmm...Have a great one my friend.

Cynthia, It sounds like the children would have a wonderful time and the parents can shop--or sleep :)!

Hello Julie,
I can see where your brain would go there, evidently others did too!

Hi Carole,
Hmm, bet sleep would  sound good to the parents but my bet is most parents will have more pressing things to do this weekend.  :0)

This is a great idea. This brings back good memories for me when I was a kid. I loved to skate! About 5 years ago, a friend and I took an inline skating class, and wouldn't you know it, I was one of the first people to fall. :-) I didn't get hurt, though, and it was so much fun.

Hi Susan,
Enjoy your office Christmas cheer and holidays.  Merry Christmas.

Tom,
Thanks for coming by and yes, time for the parents to finish up last minute Christmas  details.

Hi Darleen,
You be careful on those skates, broken bones are no fun.  :-)
