Crofton saw a 25% increase in detached homes under contract however, it also saw a 12% decrease in attached homes under contract. Finally sale prices are edging up 7% for detached and 3% for attached on average. Closing cost assistance has run from a low of $0 to a high of $12,245. The spring market is heating up in Crofton.
