"I have a room in my house that I avoid and never really use" by Feng Shui LI
This is a common situation but never really spoken about. Feng Shui deals with reading energy and adjusting the flow to reach all areas of your home. Sometimes the layout of a home is great but still something feels off. Many times the lack of energy in that given space can be as simple as not using all the rooms.
If this is the case than you need to start using that room to stimulate the energy with either colors that are vibrant, plants (a natural life energy) or a small movable object (ex; lucky cat or lava lamp). Sometimes the use of crystals to enhance the flow of energy is also recommended. Many clients will say, "is this really necessary?" My response as with any other Feng Shui Consultant would say, Yes!
Depending on the room location in your home that you are avoiding can relate to stale energy in your life. Let's say the room you avoid is located in the partnership area, which is in the back right had corner of your entire house from your front door facing in. A client may express the lack of communication and connection with personal relationships. This refers to friends, family, loved ones and even business partnerships. Remember, your home mirrors you and your life happenings.

To address this lack of energy use, you really should utilize that room. Do not neglect it because that is what the house will resonate with. Transform the room into a space that you will enjoy, even if its a storage area or someplace you have to enter into quick. Every detail really makes a difference.
