Mountain View (CA) March 2012 Home Sales Report

Here are the sales numbers for Mountain View (CA) single family homes that closed escrow in March 2012.  Let’s start with highlights:

·         There were 26 total sales and only 3 distressed sales (3 REO and 0 short sales)

·         Price per square foot ranged from $385 to $939, with a median of $583

·         The median Days On Market was 9, with the vast majority of homes selling in less than 30 days (see pie chart).

·         There are currently 52 homes for sale in Mountain View, of which 33 are already in escrow.

REO = Real Estate Owned, bank-owned foreclosure
