Are you a Fence Sitter?

Home for under $200,000 in Post FallsWe have historic low interest rates now for home buyers so why would you want to be a Fence Sitter?

We do not know how long the interest rates will stay down, but if you have been thinking of buying a home, there is no better time then NOW.

For example on a conventional loan of $200,000.00 with $20,000 down at 4% interest your monthly payment without PMI and Real Estates Taxes would be about $860.  If you wait until interest rates go up only a half percent, your payment would go up a little over $50 a month. And if you wait until the interest rate goes up to 5% then your monthly payment would go up over $100.00 a month.  So by Fence Sitting you are costing yourself a fair amount of money on a yearly basis.

The market has a good number of homes out there for you to choose from and there are many different loan programs so your Lender can find you a good match to get the lowest rates for you.

Call now and we will move forward in finding the right home for you and if you need a good recommendation for a Lender, I can also help you with that.  No better time then now to find a great home in Post Falls Idaho, so don’t be a Fence Sitter, call Patsy Barten at 208 818-6622.

Patsy:  Whenever I think of a "fence sitter"... I think of a white picket fence with those individual pickets that are pointed on top.  A very pretty colonial-type fence... but very painful to sit on.  Ouch !
