Monday Morning Coffee Alternative

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Sandra Nickel REALTORS

It was sad to learn earlier this year that the "Monday Morning Coffee" some of us have been using is going to "retire" at year's end. Seems the author just wants a rest.

When I heard about it, I asked my nephew--a great young man and tremendously gifted writer--if he'd consider creating an alternative.

And now he has!! It's called Branching Out, and you can click here to see samples of the weekly messages:

http://www.mywordtree.com/www/Samples/Default.aspx.

To browse the entire website, visit the home page at www.mywordtree.com.

Once you're on the site, click on any of the "Subscribe" buttons to begin your service for the coming year. The site is set up with Paypal, so all payments are secure, and you can use either a credit card or Paypal account to pay.

Branching Out can be linked to your web site, used in blast emails, posted on your blog or any other creative way you choose. Once you subscribe, it's up to you to see just how many different ways you--and your database--can benefit. And a yearly subscription is just $99 - less than $2 a week - if you subscribe by the end of the year!

Try it...you'll be glad you did.

And have a terrific 2008!

PS. Since first starting to put this post together, I have learned that Real Pro Systems has bought the rights to Monday Morning Coffee. Their price will be $250 per year.

.Sandra - that's seeing an opportunity and seizing it while it's there ... Quite a difference in price from Real Pro, who bought it.
