Being a "Millenial" I've had an active myspace page for a while now.  I've used it to keep in touch with (and send silly messages to) my college buddies, high school BFFs, and my siblings.  I recently decided to use it as a business networking tool, and set up a separate page for my business needs.   As of this morning, my page is up and running.

My question to you guys is:  What are the best groups to join for real estate-related social networking on myspace?  Looking forward to your answers!  Thanks!

I have had myspace for a while now and nothing has come out of it for networking.  Have you had any luck?

I have been running a MySpace page for our team and have had many contacts. We can attribute one referral to it, but for the most part, it is mortgage companies trying to get us to use them. I have joined several groups, but do not spend much time contributing, so I can not recommend one over the other. I think the blog can be used for some supplemental SEO. That should not be overlooked :)

Meghan I had one and kept getting spammed so I deleted it.  It just wasn't worth the extra effort when there are so many other better place to be seen on the net.
