Airdrie Business Focus of the week - ChopStix

ChopStix Resaurant Review by Bill Jones Airdrie RealtorI had the opportunity to eat at a restaurant in Airdrie I had never tried before, it is called ChopStix.  ChopStix,  is a franchise that specializes in FRESH Gourmet Chinese food, with NO MSG, from 4 parts of China;  Cantonese, Shanghai, Szechuan, Beijing.   While I expected the normal steam table selections that have been out for many hours, and starting to look wilted and greasy, as is with many Chinese fast Food restaurants.  I was pleasantly surprised by the FRESH selection that was available, I had the ChopStix Bowl, I selected the Broccoli and Beef alongAirdrie Business Focus - Bill Jones Airdrie Realtor with Fried Rice, it was amazing, from the texture of the Vegetables it was easy to tell things were fresh, the meat was tender and flavorful, along with my order the Manager knowing I was new to the restaurant gave me a sampling of a few of the other selections all were equally amazing with the exception of the Ginger Beef and it was out of this world, I have never had such good Ginger Beef.  Enough of my ranting abut the food let me tell you a bit about the location.

ChopStix is located in Sierra Springs (3013, 130 Sierra Springs Dr. S.E. Airdrie, Alberta)  just next to Five Guys Burgers and Fries, the interior is bright and clean with plenty of seating for a night out with the Family or a quick lunch.   The manager Martin Bennett, is truly a breath of fresh air to speak with, he always greets folks with a big smile and is super friendly and really knows his product and preparation, I had the chance to see him directing an employee which he handled with respect and friendliness, I always like to know the staff are treated well, happy employees make great product.

Airdrie Business Review - chopStix by Airdrie realtor - Bill JonesWell, there was one last check before I left;  I have heard said, "you can tell how clean the kitchen is by how clean the bathrooms are".  ChopStix in Airdrie Alberta excelled in this area as well,  I think you could safely eat in there, not that I'm recommending that, there are plenty of tables.

When in Airdrie, visit Martin at ChopStix and tell him Bill Jones the Airdrie Realtor sent you, I just know you your family and your friends will make it the only place to get Chinese food from in the future.

Bill, I love checking out restaurants that I've not eaten at before.  Sounds like ChopStix is a winner!

Chopstix sounds like a great place.  Sometimes I like to find orphans and comment on them.

Check out my answer to your latest comment, too. And, thanks for that!
