Hi Eileen.....I love Manhattan..... I haven't visited there in many years, but I use to be there every couple of months....especially to the diamond district.... W42nd street area, if I remember correctly....most of my jewelry comes from there....
There is always something fun going on in the City that never sleeps. Now Im in the mood for a Gyro.

Hi Barbara! New York is awesome, the diamond district is West 47th Street and there are a lot of great jewlry dealers always ready to sell you some nice diamonds.

I had no idea a big city like NYC actually had frequent street fairs! Looks like a great way to spend a beautiful day! I haven't been to NYC in a long time, but will definitely add this leisurely activity to my list of things to do next time I get there in the spring or summer months.
Eileen, street vendors are FUN, and you never know what great finds you will happen upon! Looks like a great way to spend an afternoon!
