The Holidays

I don't care what anyone says, this is a great time of year for real estate! For those who purchased their home this year, this is a wonderful time to reflect on and appreciate what a difference it makes to be in that bigger home, or the home closer to your family, or maybe your first home ever. And for those who are thinking of moving, it's nothing like spending yet another holiday in a place you're not thrilled with to say next year is THEE year! I already have my first two months of 2008 booked with people who are ready to make a change for the New Year. Instead of being disappointed or just downright depressed, they look at it with a renewed sense of motivation and HOPE. And hope is something everyone should have this time of year.
