I was running some numbers today April 7, 2012 because I was curious to know what the inventory was for Single Family Detached Horse Property (about an acre or more). I know that our inventory is low in general but I wanted to know how it affected Horse Property in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. So here it is:

Horse Property:

816 Homes Active

221 HomesAWC

355 Homes Pending

1187 Homes Closed in the last 6 month

Let me break it down for you even further into price ranges so you have a better understanding where the market is right now regarding horse property for sale in Maricopa and Pinal Counties:

27 Homes under $100K

34 Home from $100K-$150K

58 Homes from $150K-$200K

67 Homes from $200K-$250K

75 Homes from $250K-$300K

75 Homes from $300K-$350K
