The Jim Warren Park Skate Plaza is located on Boyd Mill Road off Hwy 96 West in Franklin TN. It is 15,000 square feet containing four staircases with hand rails, five ramps, 100 feet of ledges and a 16-foot kidney-shaped bowl for the advanced skater. The plaza was built with a grant obtained from the State of Tennessee and is open to in-line skaters and skate-boarders.

Selling Northwest Houston to good people like you!

I suppose folks enjoy skate parks but I can't imagine the liability of owning it even with modern insurance. Even with all the disclosure too many people today assume that they don't have to assume any personal liability when using venue's like that.

Too many places don't, and they end up trying to practice in places that aren't really safe for themselves and the people around them.
