Ted, I visited the link and was a little disappointed that the site didn't discuss any of the cons of a reverse mortgage like the higher fees associated with these types of loans or if the health conditions requires the homeowner to be out of their home for more than 12 months that the loan must be repaid.

I would think they are significant factors in making a decision. I was expecting a balanced perspective. Is this supposed to have been a sales site of an information site?
