Scrambling For Directions To The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg?
Try These Tricks!
1. Buy Eggs a week early for easy peeling!
2. Fill a 4 quart kettle with cold water, fill half with cold water.
3. Line the kettle with a hand towel.
4. Gently set eggs into the cold water and onto the wet towel.
5. Bring temp of water to medium-high until eggs come to a boil.
6. Once eggs come to a boil, turn heat off and let them sit in hot water for five minutes.
7. Remove kettle from stove and begin adding luke warm water until temp drops to luke warm.
8. Remove eggs from water and lay on clean dry towel until cooled.
There you go!
Not a cracked egg in the bunch!!!
