Thank you for the post and the links. I met a lady at the post office the other day and she said that there is water damage to her house from the house next door owned by Bank of America. It is not listed so she did not know how to contact them .
Why doesn't Bank of America or any other lender have a fast track program of say properties under 50k. Where these can get approved with say 2 weeks. Why the dance for months like all the others.
Winston. BofA has a great fast track program. It's called the co-op short sale.
