Steamboat Springs Real Estate Sales March 30- April 4

Steamboat Springs real estate sales remain robust, with new pending sales replacing closed transactions at a pace we've not seen in a few years. I'm not quite ready to use the word "frenzy", but there are the signs of the beginnings of that pace!

This past week's sales totaled $11,563,050. Accordiing to the Steamboat Pilot's weekly real estate report, One Steamboat Place led the way, along with a single family home in Sidney Peak Ranch, and a parcel of land sold by Twentymile Coal.
