That's right - the Neo Guys have done it again! A few months ago I posted a pretty racy video of a home for sale in Queensland, Australia. It was done REALLY well! It definitely got my attention! So the Neo guys are back - I'm a big fan. I think they're totally outside the box. Is it racy? Yes. Does it get people's attention? Yes!
According to Adrian Jenkins, Sales & Marketing Director of Nero Properties, “You have 17 seconds to sell your home online, the ability to make your property stand out in this saturated medium is key”. Whether you agree with the racy content of their videos or not you have to admit they have definitely found a target market and are marketing to that niche brilliantly..
