Walk yourself out of your bad mood.  Studies show that even a 10 minute walk immediately boots brain chemistry to increase happiness...  Attitudes are more important than facts so when in a bad mood due to a situation or even just waking up on the wrong side of the bed, it's time to go for a 10 minute walk.  Walking will clear the mind.

Hi Steve, I agree!  Usually on Monday mornings I do a 30 minutes walk with affirmations and enjoy the dawn.
