Andrew, we've had white stuff since late November.  This area is an entirely different weather pattern than anyone else, even neighbors of northern Bergen or Passaic.  If "it's" coming, the snow will hit us first and hardest for some reason.  I can deal with it for now.  I adore snow.  Maybe one day I'll become like everyone else and scream North Carolina (but doubt that will ever happen).  Seasons are awesome!!!

Hi Anotoinette,

I'm in Reno, NV which is Northern Nevada.  We are about 30-minute drive from Lake Tahoe and 1 hour from Sacramento, CA.  We are nowhere near Las Vegas.  As a matter of fact it's about 10-hour drive from hear.  Check out my website www.CatherineNevadaHomes.com for map and photos of Reno.

We experience four seasons here.  It snows here during the Winter.
