March 2012 Market Conditions: Box Elder & EAFB, South Dakota

During the month of March 2012, there were 26 new residential listings in and around the Box Elder and Ellsworth Air Force Base area. The total number of homes for sale was 105 as compared to 106 last month. 10 homes have sold compared to 12 in February.
