Merry Christmas to ALL!

As I quickly approach 25,000 points, most who know me understand I'm not motivated by AR points. I look at point thresholds as fence post in the landscape of my blogging experience. Blogging milestones help us remember where we have been in our blog world and remind us to be grateful for all those who have offered helpful comments, rebukes, constructive criticism and kept us grounded along the way. Without knowing where we have been, it's difficult to know where we can go and avoid where we shouldn't go. I'd like to think blogging has helped me grow as a person. I know for certain your comments have been most meaningful to me. It proves yet again - Words Have Power! This much I've come to realize, my work (and blogging) doesn't not define me as a person, however it does influence me as a man.

I can not begin to thank all of those who have helped me along my blogging journey. Therefore I can't offer "a list" of names of all who have become my blogging buddies. I fear I would omit someone. You know who you are!

With that said:

  • To the organization of Active Rain I say a big "THANK YOU" for creating this marvelous platform.
  • To all the groups and moderators I say "Keep On Keeping On"! The moderators do admirable work and are seldom appreciated for the tireless work they do!
  • To our clients - you make it all possible!
  • To the 62K + Active Rain members, some of you I know and some I don't, I offer a "health felt" THANK YOU! Many members here have made an indelible mark on my life and I am forever grateful and so appreciate you all!

Here at Active Rain, through your blogs, I have witnessed boundless joy, deep sorrow, side-splitting wit and humor, and pithy sarcasm. The emotions run the gambit. But that's the way it should be. Active Rain is a reflection of our humanity. At the core of any online social community are its people - lest we forget.

Enough Pontificating - Holiday Wishes To All!

To everyone I wish you the best Christmas ever. May you make many wonderful memories during this holiday season that will be treasured for a lifetime. For the New Year, I send out blessings and a wish for success unlike you have ever experienced.
