Maricopa AZ Real Estate Update April 2012

Maricopa, AZ is still seeing a decline in home values due to the distressed property market (Short sales and foreclosures). However, we should start seeing a rise from the ashes if the activity from points north begins to spread. It's going to take some time, but we should see prices starting to rebound in Maricopa, AZ.
