One thing I have noticed is an ever increasing immigrant population here in Florida! While these immigrants may be coming into our country via New York and other main ports of entry up north, it does not take too many years for them to discover our sunny shores! Once they do, it does not take long for them to relocate!

For this reason it is important to team up with agents who are fluent in different languages! While these immigrants may be looking for homes, most of them are more comfortable working with someone who speaks their own language! If you have friends that are not agents but are willing to do some translations for you, take advantage of it!

The American dream is to own your own home and all of our new citizens want to participate in this dream! If you have some extra time, pick out a new language and take some classes! There is no such thing as too much knowledge! And it is amazing how knowing a few words of someone else's language can make them more willing to work with you - they know you care enough to take time to learn a little of their language - what a compliment!
