I just recently completed Keller Williams Realty's 36-12-3 Lead Generation training. Lead generation is really what makes the difference between a career and a hobby. Generating enough leads and contacts, and being able to systematically follow up with them is so important.
That's why I was so excited about the new website solution that I recently converted to (and blogged about previously). It has so many tools for automatically tracking and keeping up with your contact/client database. I can't imagine trying to manually handle all of the follow-ups myself.
Whether you use the website solution I picked, or have other means, it really will help allow you to focus on the most important activities each day by have the proper tools and systems in place.
