PHEW

It has been awhile since I have be on here to blog.  Bad me.  It seems that with the time of year and the current market, most agents, in my office anyhow, are not doing much business.  For the past month there has been a core group of us that have continued working like nothing has changed.  However, we may be working a bit different this year, we are still here working.  I, for one, have been extremely busy.  I put 3 deals together in a weeks time and have been steadily getting more business.  The most exciting event was listing a home and selling it 8 days later for full price.  So much for a down market eh?  Portland, Oregon is numer 9 out of the 10 hottest markets right now.  Most people I tell this to find it hard to believe.  Make no mistake though, it is true and the agents that are still working in my office are seeing this.  Hopefully all of you are staying just as busy as I am.  Enjoy your evening and have a wonderful Christmas.
