I've coined it...the great '08....I'm a BIG proponent of think it, feel it, and live it....make it happen. It's a difference maker in many people's lives, for better or worse but I see it happen and I've lived both sides of the path (many, many, times!).

Aikido Student being Thrown

A teacher of mine of some years ago said something that stuck - "it's not a matter of staying but rather of returning - return, return, and then extend your stay each time"....She was talking about a life of awareness and liveness - being awake. What I love is that she acknowledges that we fail, that we fall, that we sleep, and all of those happenings are normal life events. We seek mastery and learn from all the things that don't work out as well as those that do....

I am reminded of another saying - First Enlightenment and then the Laundry....HA! What fun.

The Main Thing, as Covey says, is to make the Main Thing the Main Thing....

Brad, a positive attitude is one of the first steps to making things happen.  If you truly believe it you can make it happen.

I've got it in my head. While there were many in the industry feeling the crunch from the credit crisis and what-not, I had my best year, made some new contacts, new clients, additional supplemental work, and so on. You've got to find out where the work is and go for it, no sitting back and wondering what happened to the way it used to be. The opportunities are out there; GO GET THEM IN 2008!!!

ps. Brad, I met one of your agents the other day, Robert, I am a FloorPlanOnline service provider taking photos and drawing floor plans. I am about to become a field sales rep for them as well, and I don't know if they have come and talked to all your agents, but if not I'd love to come and talk.
